Join us for a soothing journey of self expression & mindfulness through movement

No prior experience needed - just come as you are, ready to relax, unwind, release and reconnect with your body & mind.

The class will start with some simple stretching, energy releasing & grounding, with an hour of movement to 7 tracks that work at different vibrations and frequencies, which realign our energy, balances our nervous system and can help release tension, stress , emotions and promote general wellbeing.


We wind down our class with some stillness and relaxation to reground our minds and body. Ending the session with Mushroom tea (don't worry, its the totally normal kind!) and cake, a perfect way to unwind and connect with others in a peaceful setting.

Ideally wear some layers.
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket ( and what ever else you want to bring to get comfy and warm, pillows, socks etc) and water.
