Welcome to Breathe in Bliss out! By booking and participating in my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.Services Offered

I provide the following holistic wellness services:

Wellness Consultations & Coaching

Reiki (in-person and via Zoom)

Acupressure

Holistic Facials

Creative Mindful Meditation (in-person and via Zoom)

Chakra Dancing (in-person and via Zoom)

Crystal and Sound Healing

We also sell wellness products, including ApotheSpa items, mushroom tinctures, and crystals.

2. Client Eligibility

Our services are available to any gender of any age.

Clients must complete a consultation form via Fresha before booking.

3. Locations

In-person services are available in Exeter and Sidmouth, Devon.

Meditation and Chakra Dancing are also available online via Zoom.

4. Booking Policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit.

Consultation forms must be completed via Fresha before the booking is confirmed.

5. Payment Policy

Payment methods: Card, cash, or bank transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Deposits can be transferred to another booking if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for services or deposits.

8. Privacy Policy

All personal information is stored securely on Fresha and used solely for booking and consultation purposes.

We do not share your information with third parties.

9. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions during the consultation process.

While we take all necessary precautions, Breathe in Bliss out is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or health issues arising from our services or products.
